Job description

Duties

  • • Originate new engine assets for acquisition as well as trading opportunities

  • • Purchase and sale price analysis

  • • Assist in the development of pricing / bidding tools and strategies

  • • Prepare and present analysis to senior management approval

  • • Manage relationships with Lessors, Airlines, MROs and relevant company subsidiaries

  • • Negotiate and assist administration of purchase and sale agreements

  • • Participate in purchase and sale negotiations incorporating internal and external resources

  • • Attend industry related events and take on an ambassador role for the company

Job requirements

  • • Existing relations with the target market and proven track record with engine trading

  • • At least 5 - 10 relevant industry experience

  • • Proven ability to win concessions without damaging relationships

  • • Knowledge of current market values and trends

  • • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously across multiple time zones

  • • Drive performance-oriented culture with a focus on results

  • • Good knowledge of the CFM 56 Product line

Complementary description

As this position will most likely be remotely based it will require a self-starter with the relevant industry experience. You will therefore be expected to arrange and attending meeting directly with customers in various locations.
