The Program Manager Intern is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Program Management Office (PMO).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate assigned tasks across cross-functional teams (i.e. Operations, Engineering, Software, Certification, etc.)
Assist in developing and managing program status tracking tools and presentations
Provide support to customer meetings
Utilize existing inventory and delivery tracking tools and assist in the creation of new and improved systems
Assist with the definition and implementation of streamlined processes within the PMO
Communicate as appropriate with external stakeholders to facilitate project tasks and follow-up on open action items
Provide administrative support as required to Account Managers
Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:
College Junior or Senior currently enrolled at a college or university. Engineering, Business, International Relations, and related majors preferred but all fields of study will be considered
Long-term interest in a Program or Project Management role in the Aerospace industry
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and detail oriented
Must have the ability to coordinate tasks for completion in a timely manner
Ability to resolve problems in a positive manner
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
