Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting and retaining talented employees in a reliable and cost-effective manner to meet needs and accommodate business growth. This resource will ensure that the full-cycle recruiting experience is consistent with the mission and values of the company. The Senior Recruiter must adhere to proper methods of recruiting according to government regulations and company policy. The Senior Recruiter also performs other duties as required by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Design and implement a cohesive sourcing strategy to support the company’s strategic and growth initiatives

? Ensure all job requisitions are posted through ATS, company website and any external sources required

? Schedule and conduct kickoff meetings with Hiring Manager for all new requisitions

? Source, identify, and interview staff for various positions

? Evaluate candidates for experience level, work history, company culture and team fit

? Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

? Maintain an understanding of the Human Resources policies for handling each candidate according to Company Policy and the law

? Meet and maintain forecasted staffing levels

? Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates for the future

? Active involvement in networking groups/events to ensure company is staying up to date on the latest and greatest Recruiting trends

? Remain actively involved with local universities and colleges

? Represent the company at Career Fairs

? Responsible for building an innovative career fair booth and engaging giveaways

? Make recommendations on ways to improve sourcing strategies

? Write detailed job descriptions that articulate the skills and responsibilities of the different roles

? Benchmark all new roles added to Organization

? Define, develop, support Internship Program

? Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative measures to communicate staffing effectiveness based on quality, cost, and efficiency (KPI’s)

? Maintain Applicant Tracking System

? Ensure compliance with the OFCCP

? Ensure tasks are always accurate, detail-oriented, and accomplished in a timely manner

? Manage Company Visa Process

? Manage Company Job Description Book, ensuring it is up to date at all times

? Ad-Hoc Projects

Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:

? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

? 6+ years of experience working in a similar role

? Experience Recruiting in multiple environments such as company direct, search firms and corporate recruitment

? Technical recruiting experience is required

? Knowledge of Equal Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Guidelines and Laws

? Knowledge of the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act

? A proven track record of recruiting exceptional talent and meeting the staffing needs of a rapidly growing organization

? Experience establishing credibility and working relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Management

? Demonstrated understanding of the candidate management processes, including the ability to orchestrate a compelling and creative candidate experience through the entire process

? Demonstrated success identifying and developing multiple channels to identify passive candidates

? Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and detail oriented

? Ability to efficiently resolve problems

? Ability to accomplish multiple tasks

? Ability to work independently, with minimal direction

? Must demonstrate the professional discipline to handle confidential information

? Ability to use discretion and independent judgment when making decisions on behalf of the company
