Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 10% equipment development (laboratory or on-helicopter testing, review and analysis of supplier documents, equipment (re-)qualification, challenge and follow up of the supplier)

• 40% equipment installation certification (on-helicopter testing on ground and/or during flight, review and analysis of test data, exchange with airworthiness department)

• 50% writing of technical documents (test specifications, substantiation reports and certification documentation)

Complementary Description

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Analysis of vibrations of helicopter equipment/installations

• Review and analyse of AHD/supplier documents

• Analysing and writing of technical documents (e.g. FTS, TN, CRS)

• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for modifications

• Test of the equipment (ground and flight test organization)

• Integration, qualification and certification of the equipment

• Support to the clients (indirectly via others departments)

• Project Management

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Mechanical Engineering, structural dynamics & vibrations is a plus

• Aeronautic environment knowledge, helicopter environment knowledge is a plus

• Aeronautic Standards (DO-160, CS-29,…) is a plus

• Fluent English, German is a plus

• Project management and reactivity to answer to the supplier/client questions

• MS Office (Word, Excel)

• AHD Tools (SAP, Windchill and Nectar) is a plus

• Mobility (Germany-Donauwörth)
