Job Description
• Position located at supplier premises to support industrialization (NPI) of new product.
• Support supplier in identifying non comformities and defect, categorize them and follow the actions until implementation and problem solving.
• Follow-up of work in progress (WIP) to secure delivery commitments from the supplier.
• Facilitate interactions between supplier and Safran France counterparts.
• Communication and coordination with other departments
• Conduct improvement projects at suppliers in order to improve quality and delivery Performance and Efficiency
• Build with Supplier a Risk Analysis and related Mitigation action plan with regards to ramp-up.
• Support the management and follow up of Logistics crisis
Job Requirements
Master Degree
• Quality management system (8D analysis…)
• Project Management: DMAIC, Lean 6-Sigma.
• Synthesis and analysis skills and data management (ex: Power BI)
• Ideally experience in Aeronautics Supply Chain or Production and Supplier Relationship is a must
• Personal Skills: Leadership, communication and reporting, Team work, Listening
• Ability to work within a multicultural team and coordinate with other multicultural teams
Specificity of the job
The position is based at the supplier premises, regular trips to Safran office in Shanghai to be expected.
