Duties and Responsibilities : In charge of a 5 persons Team

Sales Forecast Management :

  • Planning and monitoring demand to supply the after Sales activities of Safran Seats Services

  • Ensure that the Process of gathering and consolidation of technical and commercial events is optimized

  • Support the planners on preparation and attendance to S&OP meetings (Industrial and Commercial Plan)

  • Balance resources to meet customer demands by taking into account product constraints (Shelf Life/Hazmats...) and stock values.

  • Size and monitor customer consignment Stocks (linked to PBH (Pay By the Hour)/CLT (customized Lead Time) contracts....).

Demand Management :

  • Ensure the best possible on time delivery performance towards our customers based on CRD (target > 90% )

  • Set up tools to reach our delivery performance targets (hyperion reports, M3 or others)

  • Liaise with the procurement and CIWs teams (hot list management, safety stock level control completion )

  • Liaise with the OEMs to improve deliveries in coordination with the procurement team

  • Provide best lead-time on RFQ, Sales orders to the FO sand update the Sales orders promised dates

  • Weekly report the activity

Exp erience:

  • Distribution Logistics / Manufacturing

Education :

  • Engineer with 5 to 10 years experiment

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • English : fluent

  • ERP / MRP knowledge

  • Power Point, Excel, Word.

  • Forecast Tools(MCA/SPM or any Advanced Planning and Scheduling tool) would be value added
