Zodiac Seats is the world leader in passenger seats for commercial aircraft. Located mostly in France, Mexico, Tunisia, the UK and the US it counts over 9 000 employees contributing to sales over €1,3 billion.

Supplying products from regional aircraft to widebodies in all classes from economy to first class, it counts among its customers Boeing and Airbus as well as many airlines worldwide.

Purpose of the job :

For all Zodiac Seats Business Units, in accordance with the industrial and product sales strategies defined by the Branch, to promote and sale Seats products and services to customers, in order to achieve commercial and financial objectives.

Main activities :

1.Reply to customers RFQs and provide them with reliable and efficient proposals, respecting the defined Zodiac Seats Market & Sell process.

2.Negotiate and win these offers with best possible contribution for Zodiac Seats

3.Prospect and maintain a network of relationship and to canvas within his dedicated geographic area, using BD-AR organization, related agents and others Zodiac structures

4.Create and quaterly monitor his Sales Action Plan for his dedicated area/customers

5.Understand customer needs, build a confident relationship and guide them towards Zodiac Seats solutions

6.Remain involved in already won project from development phase to aftermarket activities, negotiate and finalize customer contract and support payment recovery

7.Analyse and communicate on success and failure roots concerning all proposals

Turnover : between 30 and 50€ for the geographical area

Education :

Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business

Background :

5 years of experience, Negotiation skills, experience in the aviation activity sector, Sales (ideally BFE), English mandatory and International/Multi cultural exposure necessary.
