Job Description

Performs and ensures the correct chemical cleaning of aircraft engine parts and modules, with quality requirements and aeronautical regulations for the chemical cleaning process, ensures that the tools and equipment used in the work are kept properly calibrated and in good conditions, you must follow all instructions and procedures in accordance with the manuals and quality standards established in the chemical cleaning of the parts and the engine.

Complementary Description

1.-Guarantee Quality, Safety and continuous improvement within your daily activities.

2.-Ensures compliance with Client Requirementsand ensures Quality and HSE requirements and policies

3.-Ensure compliance with the activities assigned according to the plan (PAC / MPS)

4.-Guarantee that equipment and tools are in good service conditions, within calibration, and perform periodic inspection before use (autonomous maintenance).

5.-Keep the parts without metal-metal contact, ensure the protection and protection of the engine parts upon entry, during and at the end of the repair as well as their correct identification at all times.

6.-Load and ensure the correct recording of your horoquartz times according to the tasks assigned to you daily, as well as the full day and report to the supervisor any anomaly that is detected in your loads.

7.-Ensure that material that has an expiration date is within the limits before use.

8.-Maintain the work area clean and orderly.

9.-Ensure that at the end of the shift the work in progress is documented to ensure continuity of work.

10.-Support and ensure that the IGP - 5's - Spot audit – QRQC audit plan actions are completed.

11.-Support the supervisor and coordinator in delegated tasks.

12.-Confirm all tasks carried out each time their execution is completed.

13.-Keep the CPs in order and report any expiration anomalies, non-readable labels, non-legible security codes.
