To strengthen our Technical Department we are looking for a Production Support Technician - to write work instructions and methods and to provide production means in order to guarantee the good progress of the work in the workshops and the good quality of the work delivered to the customer.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Department as a Production Support Technician with a specific focus on the chemical aspect.

Job Requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or aeronautics, preferably with a first experience.

• You speak French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language and you are willing to improve your skills. You also have a good knowledge of technical English.

• You have good knowledge of mechanics, engines and engine parts.

• You are an analytical and synthetic person and can anticipate.

• You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment and you are willing to support your colleagues.

Specificity of the job

Your role:

• You manage aeronautical chemical products, including REACH aspects: commissioning, condition of use, storage, shelf life, safety risks assessment etc;

• You monitor non-aeronautical chemical products and associated risks;

• You define and follow parameters of our cleaning line to ensure compliance with requirements;

• You follow parameters of the wastewater station;

• You manage special process qualification files (including painting activity);

• You support microscopy and 3D measuring system activity;

• You define preservation characteristics ;

• You are able to support NDT activity.
